- Week of September 6 - Fall six-week classes begin (Japanese Classical Dance, Yoga, Tai Chi Chih, Aikido, Meditation, Silat, Pilates, Japanese Language). New six-week courses offered: Kosho Ryu Kempo (youth class and adult class) and ongoing program in Shotokan Karate (youth class and adult class) begins.

- September 11 (Sunday) - Japanese Culture Series, #1: Origami (art of paper folding) & Kirie (art of paper cutting). Demonstration/ discussion / hands-on practice. Sunday 1-4pm. Workshop fee: $15, plus any required materials.
- September 16-18 - Aikido Seminar taught by Hiroshi Tajiri Sensei. Held at Shugyo Cultural Center. Open to all ranks, ages, affiliations, and experience. Calligraphy, art, and T-Shirts for sale throughout weekend. Click HERE for flyer.
- October 2 (Sunday) - CPR Class. Basic Workplace first aid, CPR, and AED. Participants will receive Red Cross Certification. Start time to be announced soon. Flyer coming.
- October 9 (Sunday) - Japanese Culture Series, #2: Japanese Cooking. Demonstration/ discussion / hands-on practice. Sunday 1-3pm. Workshop fee: $15, plus any required materials. Click HERE for flyer.

- October 22-23 - Aikido Instructor Seminar at Shugyo Cultural Center, hosted by Aikido of Northern Indiana. Open to members of Sosei Aikido Kyokai ranked 3rd kyu and up.HERE for flyer.

- November 13 (Sunday) - Women's Aikido Day. Aikido Seminar open to all ages, ranks, experience, and affiliation. Taught by Dianne Costanzo Sensei (Tokushinkan Dojo) and Elisabeth Menning Sensei (Onshinkan Dojo). Held at One Point Center / Tokushinkan Dojo, Oak Park, IL. Click HERE for flyer.
- November 24 (Thursday) - Annual Thanksgiving Potluck at the Dojo - open to all members and their families. 1pm.
- December 1 - January 7 - ongoing courses only; six-week programs on holiday break
